I’m passionate about sitting with teens and adults in their darkness and working together on a path toward clarity and insight-driven relief. My favorite moments in-session are when clients become comfortable with their thoughts and learn how to cope in healthier ways. When they say “That makes so much sense now” or share moments when they reclaimed power over thoughts that usually overtake them. I believe therapy is a space where you can come as you are, heal on the good days and bad, and share a laugh along the way. I created socialworkup to make tending to your mental health approachable and accessible - wherever you are in your journey.
